Please note

The villa does not have an elevator. The noise at night can be high, as we are close to restaurants and nightclubs.

The Villa has complimentary WiFi internet service in all suites. Common areas do not have WiFi.

There is a plunge pool located in the rooftop and three suites have their own private plunge pools. None of the plunge pools are heated.

All the showers and bathtubs are heated with solar panels and gas.

All suites have AC. Common areas do not have AC.

Check-in 3:00 pm / check-out 10:00 am

Early check-in from 10:00 a.m. is US$100 plus tax and (subject to availability)

Late check-out until 4:00 p.m. is US$350 plus tax (subject to availability)

Primera Avenida Norte, between street 10 and 12th, Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Right in front of Hotel Colibrí, between street 10 and 12th.

There is parking for two medium-size cars inside the villa

The closest public parking is located at 10 Av., between street 10 and 8, Playa del Carmen. Their rates are $12 pesos per hour and $200 pesos for 24/hrs
