We are a luxury vacation rental villa located in the heart of Playa del Carmen -steps from famous 5ta Avenida and Calle Corazon- and across from the beach.

 

With four luxury suites, the villa can accommodate up to 17 guests.

 

The top floor has an amazing ocean-view rooftop with a plunge pool, sunbeds, bar, al-fresco dining, and bbq grill.

 

The suites are on the first and second floor. Ground floor has a fully stocked kitchen for 20 guests, dining room, TV room, bar, and patio.

 

Our rates include security 24/7, concierge, luxury ammenities, and cleaning service.

 

Food services (breakfast, private chef, pre-stock), transporation, and massages are available upon request.
